Companaro is a digital subscription service. There is no physical shipment. Here's exactly how delivery works.
Instant digital delivery
Companaro is delivered entirely through messaging apps. Within 60 seconds of a successful payment, you will receive access via the platform you signed up on:
- Telegram — chat unlocks immediately and Aria sends a welcome message.
- WhatsApp — chat unlocks immediately and Aria sends a welcome message.
What you receive
Your subscription gives you access to:
- Text conversation with your AI friend
- Voice notes (emotion-aware text-to-speech)
- Daily mood check-ins
- Photo and video updates (Pro tier)
- Live video calls (Pro tier)
- Conversation memory that carries across weeks
No physical shipment
No physical goods are shipped. No couriers are involved. No delivery address is required at signup beyond the registered office of the operating entity.
Delivery confirmation
Successful payment triggers an automatic confirmation email to the address you used at checkout, plus an immediate welcome message inside the messaging app. If you do not receive access within 5 minutes of payment, email [email protected] and we will resolve within 24 hours.
Service availability
Companaro is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Brief maintenance windows are announced in advance via your active chat. Outages of more than 4 hours qualify for service credits on request.
